Whether you’re starting with an architect, designer or a blank canvas, we’ll work closely with your design team to bring your vision to life.

If you’re yet to begin, we can connect you with our trusted consultants, including architects, building designers, engineers and planning specialists.

We can also coordinate:

Development Applications (DA)
Complying Development Certificates (CDC)
Bushfire reports

03 | Detailed Proposal

04 | Selections & Pre-Construction

Bringing your home to life

This is where your vision begins to take shape.

Ashley works closely with you to guide every interior and exterior selection—from kitchens and bathrooms to flooring, lighting, colours and finishes.

At the same time, we finalise construction documentation, coordinate suppliers and prepare the project for a smooth start on site.

05 | Construction

Built with precision

Construction is personally overseen by Duncan, ensuring every stage meets the high standards Griffiths Homes is known for.

Throughout the build you’ll receive regular updates, scheduled site meetings and open communication, giving you confidence and peace of mind every step of the way.

Our focus remains on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and delivering a home we’re proud to put our name on.

06 | Completion & Handover

The moment you’ve been waiting for

Before handover, every detail is carefully inspected to ensure your home meets our exacting standards.

Together we’ll complete a final walkthrough, explain the operation of your new home and provide all relevant warranties, manuals and documentation.

Even after you’ve moved in, we’re here to support you with our comprehensive aftercare service.
