Known for his exceptional attention to detail and uncompromising standards, Duncan is deeply involved throughout construction, working closely with clients, trades and suppliers to ensure every aspect of the build is executed to the highest standard.

From structural precision to the smallest finishing detail, he believes quality is never accidental—it's the result of experience, planning and genuine pride in the work.

His calm, honest approach and commitment to excellence have earned Griffiths Homes a reputation for delivering homes that are beautifully built and made to last.

Duncan personally oversees every Griffiths Homes build, ensuring the same level of care, quality and attention to detail from the first day on site through to handover.

Ashley oversees the client experience, guiding homeowners through one of life's biggest milestones with clarity, organisation and genuine care.

Working closely with clients from the earliest planning stages, Ashley guides clients through every design decision, coordinating selections, consultants and project administration while ensuring the entire building journey feels organised, enjoyable and genuinely personal.

With a passion for thoughtful spaces and meticulous attention to detail, she ensures every finish complements the vision for the home while making the building process enjoyable and stress-free.
