Project Details

Broadview Residence began as a 4,000m² parcel of untouched bushland and evolved into a timeless family home designed to embrace its natural surroundings.

Over an 18-month journey, Griffiths Homes managed every stage of the project—from coordinating the design and development approvals through to construction and final handover. The result is a beautifully crafted 560m² Hamptons-inspired residence that blends timeless architecture with warm, inviting interiors and exceptional attention to detail.

Designed for modern family living, the home features expansive open-plan living areas, bespoke joinery, luxurious bathrooms, a resort-style 8 x 4 metre concrete swimming pool and thoughtfully landscaped grounds, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
